Около входа в канализацию каждое утро околачивается некто по имени Ловкач. Тот предлагает Ведьмаку работу: пробраться в семейный склеп и забрать оттуда кольцо. Геральт соглашается, и Ловкач дает ему ключ от ворот, ведущих в гробницу. Спустившись в канализацию, Волк находит ворота и попадает в склеп. Как обычно, местность от и до кишит падальщиками, такими как гули и грайверы. Убив их всех, Ведьмак находит сундук и забирает его содержимое для возврата владельцу. Чуть позже выясняется, что все было обманом, и заказчик не является владельцем кольца. Отдав кольцо, Геральт завершит задание, оставив себе, не завершит. Хотя есть способ все-таки заполучить и кольцо, и опыт за выполнение задания: так как Ловкач приходит очень рано, так рано, что Волк еще может вытащить оружие из ножен, можно выполнить квест, отдав кольцо, и сразу после этого достать меч, зарезать заказчика и получить кольцо назад.
Finder Gets All
Near the entrance to the sewer system, a man named Lovkach looms around every morning. He offers the Witcher the job: to get into the family crypt and pick up the ring from there. Geralt agrees, and the Dodger gives him the key to the gate leading to the tomb. Going down the drain, the Wolf finds the gate and enters the crypt. As usual, the terrain from and to is swarming with scavengers, such as ghouls and graivers. After killing all of them, the Witcher finds the chest and takes away its contents to return to the owner. A little later it turns out that everything was a fraud, and the customer is not the owner of the ring. After giving the ring, Geralt will complete the task, leaving himself, will not finish. Although there is still a way to get both the ring and the experience for the task: since the Dodger comes very early, so early that the Wolf can still pull the weapon out of the scabbard, you can complete the quest by giving the ring, and immediately after that get the sword, customer and get the ring back.
